In the heart of the village of Montaren, 3 km from Uzes. The village has one of the best restaurants in the whole area (La Table 2 Julien), a bakery, news-agent, post office & bar serving lunches all a very short walk from the house. Pizza van on school car park on Thursday & Friday evenings. Cave co-operative selling locally produced wine. Under 1km, large supermarket & commercial centre with pharmacy, restaurant & other stores.

Property description:-
You arrive outside a property hidden behind high stone walls in a dusty village street. You push open the tall wooden gates and enter into the secret garden. Before you is an oasis of calm & enchantment - flowers and greenery everywhere. A beautiful stone house offers comfortable living for your family and the heated pool looks very inviting. Facing south, the house is arranged over three floors. The ground floor is wheel-chair accessible, although the ground-floor bedroom is up 2 steps. The upper floors are accessed via an exterior staircase, which is traditional to farmhouses in the south of France.

Please note that although, for the owner's convenience, some of the rooms have multiple beds, the maximum occupancy for this house is 10.

Access to the second floor bedrooms is via a spiral staircase. Hence the property may not be suitable for families with active toddlers.
